Winter in the Philippines? Actually, I don't have any idea on how it is during winter season since we only got two seasons here in the Philippines. Lately though has been unusually cold in here. Today, Iloilo has 21-23°C which is the same as that of an airconditioned room! Brrrrr. . . There's no storm here but weather reports say that the country will experience rains due to the tail-end of a cold front.
