job opportunity at roberto's

It was Shella's Siopao treat at Roberto's when I saw this job poster/sign/whatever on the table. The picture isn't that clear, so here's what it says:

REMINDERS SA APPLICANTS:

1. kung HINDI kamo mabaton sa ROBERTO's HINDI NA NINYO MABAWI ang bio-data, ID, picture kag letter of application.
2. kung NANOGONAN kamo sang inyo nga pictures, bio-data kag letter of application
   
   HINDI NA LANG KAMO MAG APPLY

If you were an applicant, do you really think of taking back your bio-data and stuff? Maybe the ID, yes, if you have to give the original one to them. Instead of giving instructions, it's more of giving a warning to me.
