My friend, graze, told me that it feels great to receive flowers from a guy. Well, she's right, especially from your special one.

With its pristine appearance, the white rose has come to symbolize purity, innocence and secrecy. There are myths and legends from several different cultures relating to the origin of the first rose which is initially white in color and is then miraculously transformed. Oftentimes the pure white rose was depicted as being stained by blood, or made to blush from a kiss. I did appreciate it when I received one last sunday. Its really different from other white-colored flowers. The white rose is really beautiful and very simple and I can see divinity from observing it. White is one of my favorite colors and I actually prefer white rose or yellow from the red ones. But as what I found out, yellow symbolizes more of friendship. I didn't know that white rose symbolizes new beginnings. So the flower was just appropriate for us. :D I didn't expect him to give me a rose that time because he was just out for strolling with some of our company during our vacation trip and brought me a long-stemmed white rose when he came back. So I was a bit surprised and didn't know how to react.heheh I was so stupid to react that way, sorry nobz. .:D
